WELCOME!

Welcome to EMS (Event Management System), Tiffin University's online calendar and reservation system for all campus spaces, facilities, equipment and events.

Browse current reservations by clicking EVENTS under the BROWSE TAB to the left of your screen. Login to make a request, edit a request or to cancel an existing reservation. Return to the main menu by clicking SITE HOME or MY HOME icon at the top of the page.

Log in:

  • Click the My Home link at the top of the page to Log in.
  • In the User ID box please enter your Tiffin University User ID.
  • Enter your Tiffin University network password.

To view or request a building(s)/room(s) please click on LOCATIONS located under the BROWSE icon on the left side of your screen.

Please be aware of the following:

  • If you are a Tiffin University Faculty or Staff member, please login using your Tiffin University network ID and password under the My Home tab, then select Book Now tab, click on Event Request to request space. 
  • If you are a Tiffin University Student, please login using your Tiffin University network ID and password under the My Account tab. You will then select the "Student Event Request" form to request space.
  • If you are an Outside Group or Individual requesting a room and/or space, please use the "Outside Group" form  located under "Reservations".
